In the event of written cancellation of the study trip in question within 12 weeks before departure, 50% of the entire study trip sum must be paid.
In the event of written cancellation of the study trip in question within 8 weeks before departure, 75% of the entire study trip sum must be paid.
In case of written cancellation of the study trip in question within 4 weeks before departure, you are obliged to pay the entire study trip sum.
The participant in the study trip gives power of attorney to Berenschot and partners to perform legal acts on his behalf regarding booking/recording the trip/transfers and required accommodations.
If the study trip has already started and the participant has to discontinue the study trip due to force majeure that cannot be attributed to Berenschot and/or the supervisors, the participant must use his or her own (cancellation/travel) insurance.
In the event of a corona infection or quarantine obligation, participants must use their own (cancellation/travel) insurance and indemnify Berenschot against any liability.
The lack of cancellation and travel insurance does not mean that Berenschot is liable for the damage.
The organizers expressly reserve the right to make changes to the program.
