Berenschot Groep B.V., hereafter ‘Berenschot’, takes the protection of your privacy very seriously. We therefore treat your personal data confidentially and with the utmost care. This privacy statement applies to all personal data that is collected and used by Berenschot. This concerns client data provided by you, but also information about visits to our website, newsletter sign-ups, participation in campaigns or special offers, and information used in our consultancy assignments. - Event registrations: up to 12 months after the event
- Reason: registration of the event and for sending information afterwards
- Book orders: until 3 months after processing of the order
- Reason: correct processing of orders and for sending information afterwards
- Contact forms: up to 12 months after submitting the form
- Reason: contacting because of form and for sending information afterwards
- Application form: up to 3 months after submitting the form
- Reason: necessary information for application procedure
Berenschot does not sell your data to third parties and only provides this data to third parties if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude processor agreements with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Berenschot remains responsible for the processing of your data.
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have the consent of their parents or guardian. We cannot, however, check whether a visitor is older than 16. Therefore, we recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent.
