Berenschot participates in Roparun for the 10th time!

Published on 20 March 2017

The Roparun is a relay race of more than 500 km from Paris or Hamburg to the Coolsingel in Rotterdam. In this relay race, people in teams participate in a sports event in order to collect money for people with cancer. It is also referred to as ‘an adventure for life’. This is also evident from the years-old slogan: ‘Adding life to days, where days can no longer be added to life’.

In 2017, Berenschot will be participating in the Roparun for the 10th time. Our team consists of eight runners, each of whom runs an average of some 65 kilometres, or more than a marathon and a half. In addition, each team consists of four cyclists and an additional number of people who form part of the support team. This includes drivers, caretakers, caterers and team captains.

Aside from the sports effort, effort is also required to collect money for this charitable cause. Naturally, Berenschot is our main sponsor, but we are also looking for additional sponsors.
