Talent management study: room for improvement
A study conducted by Berenschot into talent-based working within organisations in the Netherlands and Belgium shows that 70% of organisations are working on this to a greater or lesser extent. At the same time, 90% of organisations indicate that they see room for improvement.
The key challenges relating to talent-based working identified by organisations is to acquire insight into the required and available employee competencies (60%). Over 50% consider encouraging personal initiative among employees an area of difficulty. Another 34% has difficulty acquiring sufficient time and resources.
