Menno Olman Associate at Berenschot
As of 1 July 2015 M. (Menno) Olman is affiliated with Berenschot as an associate. He will be involved in, among other things, assignments relating to management and cooperation in the physical environment.
Olman has been an associate partner at Boer & Croon for the past ten years. Positions he served during this time included project director at RegioTram, Zone A9 Amstelveen, and the National Road Traffic Database. He was also active as interim director at dS+V Rotterdam and project manager at the Zuidas and the Province of Utrecht.
Before joining Boer & Croon, Olman held various positions at the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management for 25 years, both in the ministry itself and at the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management. Most recently he was deputy director-general as well as director of Road and Traffic Safety at the Directorate-General for Passenger Transport. His positions at the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management included deputy head director of Administrative and Legal Affairs and head engineer-director of the Northern Netherlands region department. At the time Olman was also in charge of the merger of the Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe departments into the Northern Netherlands region department. Olman studied Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
