Salary Survey presentation on 22 May 2014

AutomatiseringGids and Berenschot conducted a survey of the salaries and primary and secondary employee terms and conditions of IT professionals and managers in the Netherlands. The results of this survey will be presented on Thursday, 22 May 2014.

We are pleased to invite you to be the first to be informed of the results and findings of the annual Salary Survey on Thursday, 22 May. While the results of the survey will be extensively discussed, we have also invited two guest speakers to address the issue of how employers can continue to bind and motivate ICT personnel.

The Salary Survey signals movements on the labour market, measures salary trends and provides insight into the requirements and needs of ICT employees. To collect this data, AutomatiseringGids, in collaboration with Berenschot, conducted the annual Salary Survey. Almost 2,000 ICT workers participated in this survey in 2013. This year we are expecting a high response rate as well.

Is the revival of the economy already evident in the Dutch ICT sector? What are the various salary levels this year? What motivates ICT workers to change employers, or to stay with their current employer? What companies would ICT workers like to work for? And is your company on this shortlist?
