Berenschot co-hosts Brazilian Dutch seminar about Governance & leadership in Brazil

The Dutch Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Berenschot International are proud to announce its jointly organised seminar about Governance & leadership in Brazil, to be held on the 16th of April 2014.

The combination of a complex business environment and differences in both culture and legislation leads to specific challenges that all professionals of Dutch companies dealing with Brazil have to face sooner or later. Whereas the reasons for investment are mostly funded on a combination of technical and commercial opportunities, what in the end determines the difference of success or failure is invariably the human factor.

Since the establishment of our office in São Paulo, we have been able to share our 76 years of experience with many Brazilian companies and Dutch companies active in Brazil. Key in our approach is the combination of high-level consultancy and local implementing capacity. Some of our service lines: strategy, HR-management, operational excellence and local quick scans for Dutch companies.

On the 16 th of April we shall share some insights based on the experiences from the industry, as well as our personal experience in Brazil. Petrobras will share a practical case about Managing a Dutch-Brazilian multinational .

Only a limited amount of seats are available. Companies interested in gaining more understanding about the “human factor” in doing business in Brazil, can subscribe via this website until April 7th.

We would be glad to welcome you to our head office in Utrecht on the 16 th of April.
