Dutch Sourcing Awards
Every year, the Foundation for the Forward Development of Procurement organises the Dutch Sourcing Awards in collaboration with Berenschot, Heineken, NEVI, InQuest and media partner SCM. The Dutch Sourcing Awards aim to motivate organisations to exchange best practices and to consequently raise the procurement function in the Netherlands to a higher plane. To qualify for a Dutch Sourcing Award, Dutch procureme
nt teams must achieve outstanding results. Previous award winners include Essent, Corus, Ahold, the Dutch National Railways, DSM and the Erasmus Medical Centre. A prominent jury judges the submissions received in various categories, such as Operational Excellence and Sustainability. The winners are subsequently announced on the second Thursday of April each year, this year on the 8th of April.Winner of the 2008 Dutch Sourcing Award
