The professionalisation of project-based methods model shows how "grown up" an organisation is in each aspect area of project management. Five levels are identified: product-oriented, process-oriented, system-oriented, chain-oriented and the fifth orientation, "permanent excellence". The model encompasses organisations that conduct projects on an occasional basis, but organisations that perform virtually all their processes in projects with a system of review and management of improvement are also covered. Each stage has specific characteristics in relation to the aspect areas. With the review, we identify these characteristics and shed light on your strong and weak points.
