Berenschot developed the Major ICT Projects Monitor for the City of Rotterdam. Berenschot and City advisers assess the ICT projects on the basis of relevant documents and interviews with project managers.

The SURF Foundation asked Berenschot to provide the project management for SaNS, a collaborative project on the part of five Dutch academic universities and universities of applied sciences to collectively decide on the choice of a student information system and effect its implementation.

An instrument that allows us to get and maintain a grip on our many large-scale automation projects. That was the municipality of Rotterdam’s request. Berenschot developed the Major Automation Projects Monitor used by the municipality of Rotterdam to keep a finger on the pulse of all major ICT projects.

A joint student information system (SIS). That was the requirement of five Dutch universities and universities of professional education. The SURF Foundation, coordinator for the selection of the new system, asked Berenschot to take on the project management of the SaNS project.

No 'island politics' but powerful collaboration. The Frisian Islands years ago started working on strengthening their inter-municipal collaboration.
