Coaching is a practical method of furthering your own development or that of your personnel. Based on current situations from practice, you work towards your learning objectives, under the supervision of a psychologist. You practice behaviours and learn from them. And then you try them out in real life. This connects personal learning with tackling problem points. And we work on your personal development and actual problem-solving one-on-one.

Career counselling

Are you thinking about your next career move? Not sure if you should accept that management job? Want to take control of your own career? Berenschot can help you with individual career and training issues. How you will perform in a position for which you may not have a lot of experience, for example. Or mapping out alternative career opportunities.

We sit down with you and make an analysis. What questions do you need answers to? What are the growth opportunities within your organisation? How much room is there for learning and development? Based on that information, we create a programme to make as accurate an assessment of your behaviours, skills, interests and characteristics as possible. After the analysis, we offer the option to further address possible career options. For the next step in your career.

In a course of career counselling, we work one-on-one on personal coaching and development. In a strictly confidential setting. In accordance with the code of conduct of the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists (NIP).
