Information for participants

The assessment survey helps the client reach a final decision on the intake, mobility, career counselling or reassignment of personnel. Every assessment survey has its own objective. This means that you may be evaluated against preset competencies as part of a selection survey. Or, you may take part in an assessment survey as part of your career development, to identify your strong points and your areas for improvement. We work closely with our clients to coordinate the objectives of each individual survey. Our recommendations are supporting in nature. It is the client that ultimately makes the decision, in response to those recommendations, on the appointment, promotion or training of the individual in question.
