Competence-based interviews

How do I get more information out of my job interviews? How do I hone my critical eye? How do I get a better view to competences? Questions like these are familiar to anyone involved in selecting new personnel.

The "Competence-based interviewing" training helps your personnel get more out of job interviews by learning to interview and evaluate from a competence-oriented perspective. Trained interviewers are better capable of predicting whether the applicant is suitable for a given job.

After completing the training:

  • participants will understand working with competences in selection situations and will be able to apply the principles in their own practice
  • participants will be able to ask critical questions based on a CV
  • participants will be able to evaluate whether an applicant meets the desired competence profile
  • participants will be capable of evaluating applicants in accordance with a fixed structure (increasing objectivity).
