For the 2009 selection, in consultation with Berenschot we had all candidates complete an online aptitude test (after an initial selection based on CV and hard criteria) for the first time. This aptitude test consisted of three components (mathematical, verbal and inductive reasoning).

Berenschot put together an experienced project team within one week. A project manager created a solid information structure and provided for steering, organisation and clarity, and overall quality of the project. "Once you add a project manager, the project runs like a well-oiled machine," says Marc Boele, manager of Assessment Projects within Berenschot.
