Meet Berenschot
What is it like to work for Berenschot? Employees from various parts of the organisation speak about their experiences.
As a starter on the labour market, I considered it a great opportunity to be able to start my career with Berenschot. Due to the fact that in my first year I started as a trainee, I was given a lot of freedom and had a lot of development opportunities. This means that you learn an awful lot in just one year and that you gain a lot of insight into the various aspects of the consulting profession.
Working for Berenschot is the perfect start to my career. I have all the tools and knowledge around me to enable me to develop as a consultant at the knowledge as well as personal level. It stimulates me to work each day together with enthusiastic colleagues who all have a passion for the consulting profession and a specific professional knowledge area. All knowledge is available to you.
My focus at Berenschot is on supporting entrepreneurs and managers in making decisions. Decisions about the directions of their company and about translating these decisions into marketing and sales plans and activities. Or in our jargon: market-oriented organisation. It turns out that many companies find it difficult to make focused strategic decisions and to implement such decisions within the sphere of their operations and make them an integral part of the rest of their organisation. I help them do this.
Working at Berenschot is very dynamic. You are constantly involved in assignments that make a difference. Not a day goes by on which you do not meet new people and you regularly visit organisations that you never even knew about. You are given every opportunity you desire. In addition to my work as a consultant, I am also working on a doctoral thesis about innovation in hospitals. Berenschot provides many opportunities, but it does not pamper you. You are responsible for your own success.
Berenschot provides you with a lot of freedom and room for self-development.Through means of different assignments and clients, but also by varying the teams and colleagues with whom you work.
A special aspect of a traineeship at Berenschot is the large degree of freedom and responsibility you are given. From the very first day you are fully immersed in the practice!Furthermore, there is a great deal of room for individual and team development.A traineeship therefore is more than just a permanent training programme and is partially based on a personal development plan. For Berenschot a tailor-made approach is key.
